Commemorative mug for a royal visit in 1949 which never eventuated because of King Edward's untimely death . There must have been a lot of these pressed and sold, maybe cheaply, because they are not particularly uncommon. You can imagine they must have been a tad disappointed (to say the least)...
Now, this is one of the more spectactular commemoratives around, celebrating the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Neither the Conways nowr Graham could attribute this, however Arnold includes it as Crown Crystal. Whatever, it's certainly worth owning.
